Service and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. Company owners are responsible for users they invite and for reviewing role access.
Plans, trials, and payment
The Standard plan is $49 per month after a 14-day trial and includes five company users. Stripe processes payment details; Constructa does not store card numbers. Taxes, price changes, credits, and cancellation timing will be shown in Checkout or the billing portal before they apply.
Customer data and floor plans
You retain ownership of uploaded plans, catalogs, client information, annotations, and proposal content. You confirm that you have authority to upload and process that data. Constructa uses it only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Estimates require professional review
AI detections, wall geometry, dimensions, routing, pricing, and proposal calculations are assistance tools. You are responsible for reviewing plans, resolving warnings, confirming measurements and product suitability, and approving every client-facing proposal. The service is not architectural, engineering, electrical, code, or legal advice.
Acceptable use
- Do not access another company's data or bypass security controls.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or data you are not authorized to process.
- Do not overload providers, automate abusive traffic, or reverse engineer protected service components.
Availability and suspension
We may suspend access to protect customers, enforce payment status, address abuse, or respond to legal obligations. Read and billing-recovery access may remain available when commercial changes are suspended. Planned changes and material incidents will be communicated through available account contacts.
Cancellation and retention
You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Company data is retained for the periods described in the Privacy Policy and retention notice, including longer retention for sent proposals and audit records where required for business or legal purposes.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Constructa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limits.
