Send the right context once so account, billing, proposal, and floor-plan issues can be traced without sharing credentials or payment details.

Product and billing support

Email support@getconstructa.com with your company name, affected page, time of the issue, and the copyable trace ID shown in the app. Never send passwords, API keys, database URLs, or card information.

Privacy and deletion requests

Authorized company owners can email privacy@getconstructa.com. Include the company name and requested action. Identity and authority are verified before export, correction, retention hold, or deletion work begins.

Security reports

Send suspected vulnerabilities privately to security@getconstructa.com. For an active account compromise, sign out other sessions where available, reset the password, and identify the affected company and time window.

Service expectations

Launch support is handled during US Central business hours, with urgent security or widespread-access incidents prioritized. Formal response-time commitments are not included unless stated in a separate customer agreement.
